Our founder, Harold Vosko, had a dream to stop the senseless killing of dogs and cats in the Las Vegas area when he founded Heaven Can Wait. We focus on the critical need for low-cost income-targeted spay and neuter surgeries. This past year we celebrated a milestone, performing over 200,000 surgeries!

We offer greatly discounted spay and neuter pricing, which allows pet owners to keep pets in homes and out of shelters, as well as helps to reduce the free-roaming, outdoor community cat population through trap-neuter-return targeted efforts.
